A non-exclusive, worldwide license to synchronize the licensed track with one registered production and to distribute, display, perform, promote and monetize that completed production, subject to these terms.

Your certificate

Each completed license transaction creates a unique, durable license ID. Your member library keeps the protected track download and a personalized PDF certificate together so you can provide evidence of permission to a client or platform.

1. Parties and acceptance

This license is an agreement between Tracks.audio, as licensor, and the person or organization identified as the licensee on the certificate. The license becomes effective when the license transaction is completed and the certificate is issued.

If the licensee obtains the track for a client, the client may use and exploit the completed registered production within this license. The licensee remains responsible for compliance, and neither the client nor any contractor receives a right to use the track separately or in another production.

2. Licensed material and registered production

Licensed Material means the specific sound recording and underlying musical composition identified on the certificate, but only to the extent Tracks.audio controls or is authorized to license the applicable rights.

Registered Production means the single project named on the certificate, together with its trailers, teasers, cutdowns, language versions, platform adaptations and promotional materials. A materially different project requires a separate license.

3. License grant

Subject to payment, the applicable plan, and compliance with these terms, Tracks.audio grants the licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce and synchronize the Licensed Material in timed relation with the Registered Production; to edit its length, loop it, fade it, and combine it with narration, dialogue, sound effects and other content; and to distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, communicate, advertise and monetize the completed Registered Production in any media or platform now known or later developed.

Covered uses include online video, social media, podcasts, advertising, branded content, films, television, streaming services, games, applications, websites, presentations, live events and client productions, except where the certificate or track-specific restrictions state otherwise.

4. Ownership and reservation of rights

The licensee receives permission to use the Licensed Material, not ownership of it. No copyright, trademark, authorship, title or other proprietary interest is transferred. Tracks.audio and its licensors reserve every right not expressly granted.

For material created with artificial-intelligence tools, copyright protection may depend on applicable law and the extent of human authorship. To the extent copyright or another exclusive right exists, the rights controlled by Tracks.audio are licensed as stated here. Independently, Tracks.audio agrees not to assert rights it controls against uses that comply with this license.

5. Permitted production assistance

The licensee may provide the Licensed Material to employees, editors, agencies, broadcasters, distributors and platform operators solely as needed to create, host, distribute or promote the Registered Production. Those parties must not retain or reuse the standalone track for another purpose.

6. Prohibited uses

The licensee may not resell, sublicense, share, upload, distribute or make the Licensed Material available as a standalone audio file or in a form that permits extraction or reuse; place it in a music library, stock-media product, template, sample pack or competing service; use it to train or fine-tune an artificial-intelligence model; claim authorship or ownership of it; register it or the Registered Production in any audio fingerprinting or content-identification system; or use it unlawfully, deceptively or in a way that implies endorsement by the artist, Tracks.audio or a rights holder.

The licensee may not use the Licensed Material in defamatory, pornographic, hateful or intentionally misleading content unless Tracks.audio gives prior written approval and the use is lawful.

7. Content identification and claims

A certificate is evidence of permission, but it does not guarantee that an automated platform will never flag a production. The licensee should retain the certificate and license ID. Tracks.audio will use commercially reasonable efforts to help resolve a mistaken claim involving rights it controls.

8. Term, subscription changes and breach

A properly issued license continues for the Registered Production after the related subscription ends, provided the transaction was valid and the licensee remains in compliance. Tracks.audio may suspend delivery or terminate this license for material breach, fraud, chargeback, rights restrictions outside its control, or use beyond the granted scope. When a curable breach occurs, Tracks.audio will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure when practicable.

9. Rights assurance and track-specific limits

Tracks.audio represents that, at issuance, its records show authority to grant the rights stated in the certificate. Any territory, term, platform, commercial-use, attribution or other track-specific restriction shown on the certificate controls over a conflicting general term.

The license does not clear third-party material supplied by the licensee, trademarks, people, artwork or other content in the Registered Production. Public-performance, mechanical or neighboring-right royalties administered directly by collecting societies or required by local law are not waived where they cannot legally or contractually be included.

10. Remedies and liability

If Tracks.audio confirms that it lacked authority to license the track as represented, Tracks.audio may replace the track, refund the amount paid for that license, or provide another reasonable remedy stated in the Terms of Service. Any broader warranties, exclusions, liability limits, indemnities and dispute terms are governed by the Tracks.audio Terms of Service accepted by the licensee, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Entire license record

The certificate, these versioned terms, applicable plan terms, track-specific restrictions and the Tracks.audio Terms of Service form the license record. A waiver or amendment must be in writing from Tracks.audio. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
