Can I preview music without an account?
Yes. Public preview files are available so you can audition music before registering or subscribing.
What are tokens?
Tokens are the download currency included with your subscription. Costs are displayed before every download and recorded in an immutable ledger.
Do unused tokens expire?
The planned default is for unused tokens to roll over while your account remains eligible under the current plan rules.
Can I download a file twice?
The recommended default is to allow reasonable re-downloads of the same licensed track and format without another token charge. This will remain configurable.
Is this copyright-free music?
No. Tracks are copyrighted. Eligible music is licensed under the Tracks.audio License according to the selected plan and track rights.
How does Stripe fit in?
Stripe will securely handle subscription billing, receipts and payment methods. Tracks.audio will synchronize access using verified, idempotent webhook events.
